my head is pounding... something within welling up,begging for release...The blue VM Ware worstation desktop seems blur... focussing even on the spicy debate on Chappell Vs Ganguly on MNG-Sports seems a herculean task...
All my vital senses seemed to have numbed!

ya right it is common!. Its the 3rd time in the last 2 months and there were indeed a lot of commonalities in what moi went through in all the 3 episode!!

Sarabjeet Singh(Indian spybeing given a death sentence in Pak) did not succeed in occupying our discussion for more than 15 min one dull afternoon when John Abraham hadn't yet pictured, the zimbabve series hadnt yet begun and Sania musta lost and Surindar had left for milwauke...;)!

Jayaraj's Ace - ummeed se dugna ( the story of how he did not wanna play and ended up with 2 aces against Arun...- the story thats been repeated atleast once every week..:))
Numerous narrations of the games that Arun played and won...- This chap has some memory--he remembers each delivery of each match!!!

And then there is also an occasional discussion on the touchy topic of mumbai vs any-other-place. Sampath maintains that mumbai is just too much HYPE (in all respects)!!!! And this is countered by Prashant who often gets very emotional about anything to do with Mumbai... Sometimes these discussions seem to cross the fun-line and put the table on fire!!! And that is the only time when all the others seem too keen to check the time!...:)


What i am talking about?- Lunch time - something the bunch(Sampath, Suneetha, Pankaja, Arun, Jayaraj,Prabudoss,Deepak,Prashant and moi) looks forward to everyday!!

Sep 9th- Minfy turns 10...
Its been a month long celebration....Finally it is here!!!

And.. moi haz been asked to interview the minfy 10 guests - who are none other than the BODs, Bandi, and some IBU heads...

Man.. am I important or what!!!!...
Its gonna be 2 months on (Sep 11th) since I got back from milwaukee... and I already feel like a celebrity...!!!!

2 months back- when I came to mangalore, I had the same feeling that I had when I joined NM at Milwaukee...the feeling of being lost in the sea of unknown faces... a feeling of anonymity- one thing I hate!!!
Its been 2 months and i now can say for sure- anonymity is the last thing that I feel today...:)

My hypothesis:
More often than not, you get so totally beat, in the reckless wrestle beween expectations and outcome, that you have no hopes or expectations left. This catalyses your transition from being a partcipant to becoming an observer of your life. your own nature and responsibilities do not often leave much scope for escape and so you go on -mechanically performing the routines. At such a stage, even the slightest outcome seems a big feet simply because it exceeds the expectation( which is only but obvious). And the dormant hopeless optimist in you makes you wonder if it was because of the golden rule. And the wrsetle between expectations and outcome spawns again. This vicious loop goes on and on.
The fact is what you get is constant, what you expect is the only variant. And this criss-cross of variations against the constant is what I term LIFE!
