Wasn’t too involved this time around .. for many reasons. The changes in QSRP being one of them!Also, have kinda got tired of being a participant! Want to just sit back and be a spectator!

Saw A struggle through the first few days… As much as I wanted to resist, could not help myself! Pitched in to point to some new enthu folks to help her out!
On Thu, went to have a peak and found they were running majorly short of people! And I ended up leaving nalanda at 3.30 am. So much for all the resistance!

On Fri, needed to be home to help out Amma. So, Was planning on ditching ittesbin ( on Sat)and having a non-hectic weekend! But looking at the situation on Thu Night, couldn’t resist coming back on Sat- just in case they were is dire shortage! On Sat, helped with Back stage stuff… IHL stood second!.. and Boy did it feel good…:)
And was I tired! And I now... waiting patiently for the much awaited - non hectic weekend---

Just watched the rain for a while... love the smell of the first rain... wish i could just get drenched in rain...with soft music playing uin the back ground... wait a min..i know which song...

well that wish about getting drenched...might just about get fulfilled as i do not have an umbrella and i need to walk back home!...

the last weekend was just that... passed so swiftly-i wonder if it happened at all!
Had to be home during the weekend to help amma with some bank-work. Tons of things to be taken care at work! If I thought, the long weekend would be a good break... well it turned out to be more than just a break...it happened to be a break-down of my physiology! Hate it when I fall sick at home... amma's worried eyes is something i cant bear to see!...

Also A was here ---was seeing after... over an yr..Apr 3rd,2005 was when we all saw him off from mke...Seems like ages back.... seems like so much has changed and then again seems like nothingz different...couldn’t really meet up and talk... just met briefly over lunch with the entire gang... he seems to have grown bigger and fatter.. almost bearing semblance to shrek... except for the color of course..;) Green Rocks!

Met Dev( instructor from ILI) yday... he was planning on a session for all the DMs. He had some test that he wanted to experiment. I agreed to be his guinea pig!.. It was an interesting session... Got to know that I rank too high on agreeableness-- got some tips like-" Conflicts are good! Let 'em happen." Also though I also ranked high on sociability and openness, my score against adjustment (which was also high) needs to be lower. That comment was shocking-- i always thought i adapt easily-- though i take a while to reconcile with myself on the changes—but at the exterior, I always take changes well! May be the idea is to be comfortable from within!
On the whole seemed like am a good DM material..;)

So much to write… There was Minfoconnect—where I was one among the panelists debating on the small DC culture still existing in Minfy! Obviously I was supporting the thought! And then therez the ittesbin kick-off tomorrow. I have been asked to compere the event! Therez a dance comptt planned as a part of the kick-off! And Nope.. I am not participating--- no bandwidth…:( its strange to be just a spectator... but nice...:)

Enough of the rattling.... time to get back to work and more of it!
